She was both our wedding planner and our independent wedding officiant. The fact that she offers both services makes things a lot easier, and we got to know each other better over time.
She was always extremely organized and very well prepared for our meetings and venue tours. She always asks the right questions, takes notes, and reliably sends summaries the very next day. Barbara is extremely dedicated and goes above and beyond.
She perfectly coordinated all our vendors (both before and during the wedding). Thanks to her expertise, we had the ideal schedule for our wedding, with very cool program elements, and everything was just the right amount—not too much and not too little.
Communication with her was also really easy—whenever we had questions, we never waited longer than a few minutes for answers. She also kept sending us reminders for our to-do lists—which underscores once again how dedicated she is.
Plus, she has a lot of contacts with other wedding vendors, which is super valuable! Another thing we want to mention: she also rents out wedding decorations, a photo booth, and games, which is a huge help and makes things so much easier!
